    So much for beta testing...
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    I don't get this at all...OK, there's a problem with the DEP function, but rather than telling people "turn it off" (OK, not ideal, but they'd still get the rest of the SP2 benefits), or configure exceptions for those programs that give it grief, they're saying don't bother installing it? That's just loopy - just when I thought we might be dealing with a new shiny MS that actually gave a toss about security (and put that before convenience for a change), they put out a statement which would do the bad old MS proud...

    Ive got an Athlon 64 and Ive been using SP2 without any problems for a good few weeks now. But since its only been reported with one application so far Im not really suprised or worried.

    I have to admit I've thus far shied away from installing SP2 on either of my AMD 64 systems (One running 64bit XP & one running XP Pro). Seems like caution may me the safest option. I have to admit I like to wait a month or two after the release of a windows service pack before installation.
