Harman Kardon

I was strolling around Fenicks today in Newcastle and came across an apple mac with some harman kardon soundstick speakers.


Now i had always thought these speakers looked quite funky.. but after seeing them in the flesh.. they look bloody horrible. so fragile and delicate. The Sub looks more like a baby bottle steriliser kit, and well the soundsticks... they should either make them on bluepeter or include them free out of a kinder egg.


I can't believe i liked the look of them from the website pictures, but in real life they look very very poor....

I saw and heard them in John Lewis, i thought they looked good in a mac/ikea kind of way, and they sounded pretty impressive for what they are too! Clearly they're not the hulking beasts you were expecting though XTR!

I remember reading that they don't sound all that brilliant on a PC either. They only sound good on a mac due to the use of USB and the apple audio port
