need motherboard help

I'm looking to build a budget system. Got a 3ghz P4 already. Which mobo should I get? I'm not big on overclocking, but I could do a few tweaks here and there I guess. Price is a factor. My choices are:

Abit IS7 for $100 (IS7-G i think)
Abit AI7 for $120
ASUS P4P800 for $120

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I think the ASUS P4P800-D is supposedly the best board if you are willing to mod it to fix vcore droop.
