Intel exits desktop motherboard business

Frankly, if the people doing that aren't also involved in making reliable everyday motherboards then such reference platforms will be out of touch junk within a year.

Feature wise they were a lot poorer though, and if you opened up a Dell it was pretty much guaranteed to be an Intel mobo... Maybe oem prices were waaay lower?
