Please help me choose between Mionix Naos 8200, ROCCAT Kone XTD and Gigabyte Krypton

    Hello!
I have a MX518 and I want to upgrade to one of those 3 but wow the more I read the more confused I get.
So far I have only seeing the Kone advertised as having no prediction. I like all those 3 because of the performance and also looks.

I am right handed btw. My mat is a SteelSeries SP and one user did comment that the Gigabyte seem to had issues with a hard pad he tried but I did not get any more feedback regarding that issue.

Right now, the one that catches my eye the most is the Kone XTD because it seems to have the best support and more professional look and design followed by the Naos 8200.
The gigabyte looks really cool and the weights, etc are very nice too but somehow going to its web page seems very lacking and does not inspire confidence of a well supported product in case you need updates.
Those are simple observations which can be wrong of course so maybe some of you can comment about them.

    Thanks!

I highly recommend you visit your local computer shops that have products on display. The specs on paper can be brilliant, but it could be a complete flop ergonomically.

I recently got myself a Razer Deathadder, which was basically a wired Razer Mamba, and it turned out to have glossy sides instead of rubber. I bought it with the intention of moving over to a palm grip but had to modify the sides with tape and use a claw grip to stop it slipping out of my hand.

If your going to spend the extra money, I recommend you find something that you feel comfortable using and has the features you need.

Sadly my local stores are VERY lame. No Frys, Microcenters or anything cool. They just carry the most common ones and none of the ones I am interested to try

shame you can't try them i've seen some mionix and roccat mice before and have to say i wasn't too impressed, come to think of it i even have an old original kone sat in my computer bits pile that i used for about a week. They seem very light and hollow errm well cheap basically maybe thats just me since i like a bit of weight to the mice i use hence why i would say get one of the corsair ones they seem to be built solidly and perforamce on them is quite good too.

Wow, I thought I was the only one being fussy when I returned mine because of this!

I sent a feedback thing through Razers website. I'd really like to see a Deathadder without this flaw. I ended up going with the MS Habu, which is basically the same minus that flaw. BUT....it's not discontinued...and I need a new one

I do not share your opinion.
I like how it feels and adding the extra weight just made it better. I do not see anything that can make this mouse feel or look cheap as you stated either.
    I like it!

Its the hollow feel that i to not like about them i did add the weights to my roccat but like i said i wasn't impressed but mice are a peripheral not everyone agrees on. well as well as everything else.
