Need help building a £600 system

OK I would like a new pc either SFF or standard for no more than £600.
I do not require GFX,monitor, keyboard, or mouse. I need it to be better than the current rig in my sig though.

well your sig doesn't give a whole lot of info - are you running the XP2500+ stock, in which board, which particular Corsair RAM etc..

What doesn't your existing rig do that you want it to?

My rig is a SN45G fitted with a Barton 2500 running at 3200 speeds. I have 1gb of OCZ ram, audigy 2, 120Gb Seagate Barracuda, X800 pro. I want to be able to just have a faster machine, I mainly use my pc for surfing the web and playing games.

In that case you need a faster cpu and ram, look for a 64 bit chip and pc3500/3700 Ram

OK I have come up with either this option,

Soltek Qbic 3801A SFF nForce 3
    1GB OCZ pc3200 ddr
    SKT 754 3400
    200Gb Maxtor Plus 10 (16mb cache)
    Audigy 2
Lite on 8x DVD re writer

    or this one

    Coolermaster Centurion
    Asus AV8 mobo
    350W HiperPower HPU-3s350 3rd Gen Quiet
1 Gb OCZ pc 3200 ddr
    SKT 939 3500
    200Gb Maxtor Plus 10 (16mb cache)
    Audigy 2
Lite on 8x DVD re writer

Which would you guys go with, and is the pc 3200 ram compatible with the skt 939 mobo and cpu. Does anyone know if the psu I have selected is quiet and whether the Coolermaster case is also quiet?
