How much do you think i could get for this PC?

Hit here, sorry if this post doesn't belong here, if it doesn't then move or delete it, but I've just built a new pc for myself but I kinda need some money, so I'm thinking of selling it for a profit and building a new one, so I was wondering how much I could get for it. I'll probably end up putting it on ebay.

    Thermaltake Tsunami Dreams case
    AMD Athlon 64 3000+ @ 2.35GHz
    MSI K8N Neo Platinum
    1GB Kingston HyperX PC3700 RAM
    2 x 160GB Hitachi Deskstar in a SATA RAID 0
    Antec Trueblue 480W PSU
    Pioneer DVR-108 Dual layer 16x DVD+-R/W burner
    Benq DVD ROM drive
Mitsumi Floppy drive with flash card and memory stick reader
    Galaxy Glacier Geforce 6800GT @ 400/1100

If you guys can think of any better way than ebay to do this I'm open to suggestions. It cost me about £1300 to build and I'm looking to make a profit (it's hardly been used at all and I'd sell with new clean HDD Drives),
    Thanks,
    Parag

You overpaid big time. You won't be making money on it at the prices you paid.

You'd be lucky to get $900.00 (US) for it.

actually I just worked it out and it cost me £1180 to build everything. I'm looking for how much I could get for it in the UK, becuase i don't think you could get all those parts here in the uk now for how ever many pounds $900 is

EDIT: I just configured a similair system on demonite.com and that came to £1500, so I'm looking to sell for maybe £1300-£1400. Is that realistic?

I'd say you're looking at more than £500. £700-£800 I'd say. You certainly wont get back what you paid, let alone make a profit.

You might be able to sell it as a whole system for more, but only to someone who doesnt know about the cost of components.

That's what i'm planning on doing. I might just go and stick it up on ebay, if it doesn't sell then Ithe listing fee shouldn't be too much

You're looking at a loss whichever way you do it. If you're in need of money probably the best idea is to split parts off like the 6800GT that'll still fetch a good price and replace with decent 2nd hand older stuff like a 9700. There are full systems with comparable specs going at 'buy now' prices for £800-£900
