Anyone tried one of these? - just got a cheapish Chaintech socket 754 board off a b list and was thinking of getting one of these. Its not meant to be a superspeed machine, just one that'll play games with a 9800pro and be reasonably quick.

It will actually outperform an Athlon XP 3200+ in some things.

The VNF3-250 has locks & a very good reputation as a budget (£60) overclocker.
I got a ZNF3-150 new with all the gubbins for 45. Its got an AGP lock but no PCI so I'll just see how we go. I was looking for something that was feature rich and couldn't go past the CBOX and the 7.1 sound. Got an NF7S v2 with a Zalman NB cooler and an XP-M2500 so by the time I've sold that I won't be that far out of pocket.
It outperforms all the Celerons because of it's Athlon64 arcitecture.Originally Posted by Allen
