    Can i get a contract?

Had both of my main phone (6100 which i think i sat on with a broken screen) and my spare phone (8210 put in the wash last night by my mum) die on me this week. I'm looking at a Samsung E800 but these are 279 on PAYG. Im 17 atm and my parents refuse to sign a contract for me even though its partly their fault i need one . Is there any way that i would be able to get a contract?

Nope, you need to be 18 to enter a legally binding contract for credit.

I thought that would be the case. It's stupid because i know il be spending more than 30 quid a month on credit anyway which has to be added on top of the price for the E800 (280) when i could just get the phone for free.

Yup, I know. How long till you're 18? Can't you get a cheap 8310 in the mean time and a free o2 sim card?

I'm afriad that there's not much you can do beyond trying to get your current phone fixed and/or waiting until you're 18.

9 months till i'm 18. I'm going to order a new screen tonight for the 6100. Since its water damage for the 8210 it's going to be very hard verging on impossible to get it fixed. Sim card works fine, was just thinking of getting a new phone but not having to shed out 280 quid all at once for it...
