3ghz at £135 then wait a couple of months for the 3.8 to come down in price, that would give me enough to get my case and other bits,i wont need a sound card its ment to be a good one on the board.are the pci express g cards good.
Well I'd still put a Audigy 2 ZS in it....
pci express g? G as in GPUs?
sorry, Sapphire ATI Radeon X800 XT 256MB DDR3 VIVO TV-Out/DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (GX-079-SP)
is there a lot o difference between agp and pci express
yes.. Its twice as fast!
EDIT: 900 posts!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is difference is so far as the PCI Express slot is twice as fast as AGP. With the current generation (X800, 6800), I believe that 8x AGP is still more than enough to handle the cards, meaning that they are about the same speed on AGP and PCI Express. The advantage of buying PCI Express now is that you can upgrade your card to another PCI Express card in the future.Originally Posted by narrowboat
