logitech left hand mouse and MS mouse & keyboard centre

I have an ergonomic logitech mouse (mx610) for lefties that works great apart from they invert the two mouse buttons?? Not a problem as i just change it in mouse settings and it all works great.

Problem is i downloaded Microsoft mouse and keyboard centre to customise the hot keys on my MS keyboard and it disables the mouse settings and swaps my mouse buttons back, so left click is right click and so on.

i would like to use the hotkeys on my keyboard but not at the expense of my mouse buttons being inverted!!

anyone know how to fix this? and yes i did Google it first
