    SN45G advice re ram

    Hi there,

    Ive just bought my second shuttle and taken the memory out of my sn45g to put in it. The SN45G has a Barton 2800 in it and Ive tried using some old crucial 233 memory.

    When I install windows it goes a bit wrong and crashes alot and reboots and stuff, now is this memory not good enuff to run with the Barton or is the problem going to be else where...

    thx for any help you can offer

    Are you forcing the RAM to run quicker than spec?
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    Most ram is ok as i understand it. Corsair or OCZ or crucial should all run fine. Twinmos used to have problems as did mushkin, but not heard anything about those for a long time either.
