I'm thinking of upgrading my GPU so I thinking of selling my reference XFX HD5850.
It's had nowhere near the use it could have had due to all the house renovations I've been involved in.
Is £60-£70 fair? Comes with all it's original packaging.

If you look at ebay it seems like it's possible to get £80-£100. Maybe that's price gouging a bit, but £70 seems minimum really, the lower prices are more likely where the bidder has lucked out.
You're most likely to fetch ~£50 i imagine.
I think you'd get more on ebay, than here with a collection of aficiandos. I'd say £50 here, £60-70 on ebay.
So allowing for fees about £50-55...hmmm...5850 is a damn decent card and I could try overclocking it...in fact in the review on HEXUS, where they compared a 5850, 6850 and 7850, the 5850 came out smelling of roses (with a bit of organic manure here and there).
So maybe I'll stick with this one a while longer and have a bit of a play once I've sorted the CPU conundrum.
£50 seems about right - £80 or more is squarely forum gtx 480 money , £100 is where gtx 560ti`s hover.
hmm might go well with my 5870 .. which will last 1-2 yr yet :)
