Cheap PC - What do you think?

Need to build a cheap pc for a friend....

Got DVD/CD-RW drives
Got 80GB Hard drive
Got Keyboard and mouse
Got IDE cables and power cables

Need a monitor, thinking about a cornerstone 21".

i went on the ebuyer website and made up the above spec.

any ideas on any changes i should make to the stuff ive chosen or anything?

anything i may have missed?

can anyone recommend a psu that would run this system?

anything I should be aware of when building this pc :eek:
