    Where to buy Replacement fan for MSI Mega 865?

    Hi,

    I need to replace the 60mm fan on the CPU cooler and I'm struggling to find anywhere in the UK that sells one with the correct dimensions (60x60x15). It doesn't have to be anything fancy, a straight replacement will do.

    Any help/links would be great.

    Cheers,
    vaughty

    • Steve's system
      • CPU:
      • Intel i3-350M 2.27GHz
      • Memory:
      • 8GiB Crucial DDR3
      • Storage:

      • Graphics card(s):
      • Intel HD3000
      • Operating System:
      • Ubuntu 11.10
    Why won't a bigger one fit? Does it use clips or something, or is there a space limitation?
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();

    The problem is space. It's a really bad case design IMHO (thought my shuttle was tight) because with a gfx card in the AGP slot there's about 7 or 8mm max. Lukcily it's not my computer, my sister got it for uni. otherwise I'd by well pissed off about having to literally force the Radeon into it's slot.

    Anyway, found an old heatsink with a 60x60x13(ish) fan on that matched perfectly.
