Case + Silent PSU

Anyone can recommend a case and psu for under £30-40?? (doesn't matter if separate, as long as its good)

The cheaper the better really...but needs to be pretty silent.

Running a A64 3000+.....so min 350W??

Check out the antec SX630II on ebuyer, I just bought 2 for builds for friends and they are very good for the money, £47 and they come with a 300w psu which would be better than some 400w no-name psu.
