I take it your not a fan of Nvidia? Hence the Pro instead of a GT.... Also the ZS is slightly better then the plain 2...
If you are on a budget get a socket 754 ClawHammer instead of the S939 Newcastle. It's much better. If not, get an FX-53.
I wouldn't buy an A64 with less than 1MB cache. It's similar to buying a Celeron. Cache is very important on today's CPUs.
