    When can we expect an Nforce 4 shuttle?

    Okay, I know this is a slightly crazy question, and all people can do is speculate. But it looks like NForce 4 is on track for a Q4 release. I just wondered how soon you think it will be before an NForce 4 Shuttle is released?

    I'm looking to build a new system after Xmas, so do you think the start of next year is a realistic possibility? Are Shuttle fairly quick at adopting new chipsets?

    You can bet they're already working on tracking it out onto an XPC sized motherboard. No idea if/when we'll see one though.
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();

    As long as that? I really didn't think Shuttle were so slow. I've heard Nforce 4 should be here for Xmas, if that's right, 4-5 months seems like an awfully long time.

    If that's the case, I'll be going back to a normal PC. As much as I love my Shuttle, it'll be quicker and cheaper to go back to a standard rig.

    The nForce4 doesn'tr seem like anything special. PCI-E. that's it. Does the world really need PCI-E now.
