ISO: Audigy 2 ZS application CD (UK)

I recently received a Creative Audigy 2 ZS soundcard, the CD turned up damaged (it was OEM, and very badly packaged by Scan). I downloaded the latest drivers from the Creative website and the card installs fine, however because I can't use the CD I can't install any of the advanced applications (surround sound setup, EAX setup, MediaSource etc.). These applications are not available to download from Creative. So, I contacted Scan, who said they would send a replacement a CD. The CD arrived today and guess what... it's a CD-r with just the drivers downloaded from Creative websites. Unbelievable.

So I'm asking for anyones help here, if anyone here who lives in the UK and has an Audigy 2 ZS card (can be platinum or standard as the applications are the same I think), please contact me if you would be able to send me a CD-r copy of your CD. I would of course send back a couple of cd-rs to cover the cd and postage. Alternatively, I've been told that the only folder from the CD I need is d:\Audio and it's contents - if this is small enough, I have webspace you can upload to.

Please please please help if you can, the last resort is to contact Creative to get a replacement CD but god knows how long that will take. In the meantime, I'm sitting here with a £70 soundcard when it might as well be a £5 soundcard. Please PM or email me if you can help
