    there's no other monitor nearby is there? that causes me problems sometimes.

    no other monitor but both v moire and H moire were on somthing like 34

    what are they and what do they do ?

    Go straight to gnr for RMA. From the reviews i have read on ebuyer gnr sort everything out for you at no extra cost. Worth a try
