As the topic says. Also discuss apps etc and even the palmOne SD Wi-Fi card for this PDA.

Mine should be arriving tomorrow and I did some research on the net before ordering the Wi-Fi card. Seems that all the SanDisk cards are incompatible with the T3?

Shame, as the SanDisk Wi-Fi card supports WPA and palmOne's does not.

Got one.. happier with it than I was with my IPAQ. Microsoft have some real work to do to improve the interface and usage in PPC... the handwriting recognition in Windows Mobile is just cack in comparison to Graffiti 2

I've only had it a few weeks, so I can't comment on it more than it syncs well and has as good as batt life as my PPC did

Glad to hear that! Mine just arrived today. Having loads of problems with the damn Acrobat Reader, but I've deleted it now...hrm - it just won't detect the hotsync (acrobat that is)....

    Otherwise everything else is perfect

I so would love to slap someone @ Adobe. The conduit that's insider the installer hadn't been moved to /Library/App data/Palm Hotsync/Conduits - SHEESH!

    Way to go Adobe

    This is one hurdle down.

Okay here is a big problem. GPRS via O2 Pay as you Go (PAYG) - It uses a proxy server to allow net access - it is not a problem with laptops as you can define an 'overall' proxy @ the interface level but Palms do not have this. The browser works great but I can't load up IM & the IRC app I installed...d'oh! Any ideas, short of hunting for Wifi....(yea I ordered a Wifi SD card)....

    Salling Clicker totally rocks

I used this baby in a lecture today to take some notes as I felt the powerbook would have been 'excesive' as the lecture was a lab mini-project introduction. I've also realized that this makes a great little 'graphic tablet' and now I sketch circuits etc and import em into reports, look very nice

I've also ordered the palmOne mini-USB cradle as it looks rather funky. I may take it apart and 'mod' it

Once the Wi-Fi SD card arrives I will report on performance etc so stay tuned.
