    7002 3dm2k5 marks :D

    Hi,

Just pushed my rad x800xt-pe to 656mhz core, 630mhz ram to net me 7002 points on 3dmark 2005

    http://service.futuremark.com/compare?3dm05=67390

Im in the process of building a cascade phase change setup for -90c on the cpu...and -40c on the gfx gpu and ram, via an inertx chiller loop on the cascade 1st stage.

I should be looking at 8000 en, with 750mhz+ gpu speeds and god knows what ram speed lol.

Macci has his cascade on the GPU and a normal vapo on the CPU. I guess the GPU has the biggest influence on the score?

Saves time, i never did the extra tests in 2001 (forced to in 2003 because i'm not a pro user).

Even if your not a pro user, you can just hit escape after the 3rd test on 2k5 (4th on 2k3) and it will still give you the score - as you know only the 1st 3/4 game tests actually make up the score - the rest is irellevent and not used in the final score.

Yep, its all GPU for now - cpu barely comes into it, even with an x800xt-pe clocked this high.

Have you overclocked it at all? I got 4400 with my 6800GT, but it's overclocked to just past Ultra speeds (I think) with only a A64 2800+, but I dont think your result is that disappointing if you havent clocked it up yet...

    hmm somethings gotta be wrong, 3686 on a P4 2.4 533, 1GB PC2700, 256MB 6800GT.

Is something wrong or is that all I can expect, if so I will upgrade sooner than I thought as the last two tests got no higher than 3FPS at ANY point.
