i would guess it's a trojan, wouldn't be suprised if you can't even run anti virus and it might even block out instal files
Try spy bot aswell as antivirus if you can
dont exactly understand what you are saying here, does it appear as a error message if it is , its probably just a bit of a cheeky trojan, run antivrus/spybot like the others say.

Calm down("it's only a commercial!") The original post might be very precise, in which case the error message itself is clearly coming from a trojan/virus/malware so people are giving excellent advice.
