Epson Printers both clogged/not printing black (all in one)

    hi guys,

have two all in printers from epson (SX415 and SX515W) both with the same fault in that they do not want to print black.

tried cleaning print heads / test prints etc in windows but does not help at all.

not too sure whether to just bin them or attempt some sort of fix of which im hoping hexus could help with ...

    any ideas would be great.

I read about using windolene to clean then out using an old empty cartridge.

I use to know someone who was a repair agent for Epson and he use to use a syringe which he could fit over the bit which the cartridge drops into and forced it through. He had a very high fix rate compared to other agents so I would try that.
