and other parts will water cool mb,cpu, gpu using only one fan 120mm and natural convection so very silent
suggestions are a welcome

Are you hanging the core out of the window? If so you need to consider condensation protection.
That is one ghetto cooling solution.
I've never done water cooling (air cooling fanatic), but is there some matching which has to be done when putting two different pumps in series? Also, given his location (and my perception of its climate), would condensation be a problem? Also those tubes look a little run in, cleaning them out and using new fluid could help avoid bunging up the channels within the CPU block.
Didn't spot the location as I was on my phone earlier. two pumps in series should in principle be ok - it depends on the characteristics of the second one as to whether its powerful enough to run the little one in the water 2 out of spec.
Certainly cleanliness looks to be an issue, looking at the pics again I'd also be tempted to take the 120mm rad out entirely. Its just going to restrict flow.
PLenty of people have used automotive parts in the past, but I've only seen it done with purpose built blocks.
the pipes have been cleaned and the coolant used is little green and the radiator had some flux in it as it was a refrigerator heat exchanger.
i tested this setup on my friends pc (he bought @ my home) the max temp of gpu a 6850 was 70 C and that of cpu and motherboard 45C was 60C
the larger radiator is mounted on a window
so there is flow of air over it
using only one 120mm fan rest is complete silent
