Price Check for almost complete system

Thinking of doing a mss upgrade seeing as I just bought a 6800GT and now I want the rest upgraded lol so what do you think for all the following?

Coolermaster 220VX in Silver with Blue window and door.
MSI 845PE Max 2 Motherboard
Pentium 4 2.4 533 CPU
1GB PC2700 Ram
Soundblaster 5.1 Digital
Liteon 52x CD Burner
1 x 120GB Maxtor DM9 ATA133
1 x 80GB Maxtor DM9 ATA133

Rough estimate anyone? I was thinking £275, but am I too high?

Maybe a bit lower, £240ish, but its about right. I certainly wouldn't want to part with all that for less than that sort of value.

You havn't mentioned graphics card

Interesting to see what's suggested, i've got a similar system here + Radeon 9800Pro

there is no graphics card, nor a PSU, they are the only thing you need to make it complete, I need the 6800GT in there and the PSU (ThermalTake PurePower) for the new system I am building, ok so I could chuck some part I got lying around for the PSU, but the graphics card I can't do anything about unless I buy new, I am sceptical of putting it on fleabay, fees, costs etc are too much and I risk loosing out, but I thought I was not far off on the price considering the amount of parts....
