HI, I am currently running a gigabyte mobo, 2600 xp, 9800 pro, 80 gb maxter, cd/rw, 4 case fans. I want to put in a dvd player or even burner for half-life 2, do you think my power supply is up to it. Thanks,John.

I would imagine a 3330w PSU would be enough to power your entire kitchen ;)
Seriously though, if you meant 330, then yeah that'll be up to the task :)
lol, oops yeah i mean a 330w.
I had pretty much the same spec with a Macron 300 and that was fine, better than the QTec 450 which kept crashing and locking up my system at least
Antecs are ace tho, got a nice TP550 sat behind me atm that mite be going home at some point :D
jeeez, there was me worrying about my leccy bills after my next upgrade if i needed 3330w
hehe
Truepower 330 is class. Its fine.
Heh, still not sure whether to buy the Antec 330w or the Tagan 380w decisions, decisions :undecided .
Mine has been really good so far and they are pretty quiet as well
That's good to hear, you've got similar specs to mine as well, might consider buying one then.
[EDIT]
How many molex connectors does it have?
Hi again, something a little more off topic. Basically I want to see what make my current PSU is and that means having to remove it from my case. Can I do this as soon as I switch my PC off and will I need to remove all the molex connectors from the peripherals?
You should be able to see the make on a sticker on the side. Some are annoyingly placed on the wrong side, or mounted upsidown, so chances are you will have to unscrew it, but you should be able to leave everything connected.
I think it has 6 molex connectors with 2 crappy ones for fans only
Lol! I just checked and I happen to have a Q-Tec 400w  !!!! No wonder my PC kept on shutting down when gaming!! Definetly time for a new PSU then :D .
