Should i get a i5 4570 or a i5 4670k

hi, i was wondering if you guys could help me out, im not sure if i should buy a i5 4570 or a i5 4670k.
the i5 4570 is a lot cheaper because it means that i would have to buy a new mobo and cpu cooler for the i5 4670k, however the i5 4670k seems to be more future proof as its more powerful.

simply put, in my eyes 4670k if you plan to overclock 4570 if not

why not a i5 4670 (no k) or does it not exist. Basically if you're going for a non-K part, you get all the vt-d vt-pro features etc but it is stuck at that clock speed. I'd therefore get the max speed non-K part I could afford if I was taking that route.

Alternatively I have a lovely pentium D. Dual cores (literally) and acts as back-ground heating while it's running. For you sir, £30. Can't say fairer than that now can we guv'nor....
