PSU Stress testing
What's the best way to do this.
I thought of running 2 - 3 instances of Prime95 and 3DMark 05 at the same time to give it a proper stress test. I also played a lot of games (UT04, PF, NFSU etc) and monitored voltage.
Any other good ways to stress the PSU?

lots of hard drives and fans :D

No point spawning loads of processes... they can only use 100% CPU, no more!
Maybe leave Prime95 running while doing things like disk benchmarks and graphics benchmarks. That'll ensure full CPU usage while also making hard drives and other components draw more power.
What CPU you got?

Fans????? They only take a few watts?!

P4 2.8Ghz A
It's at it's limit with molex connectors, i'm gonna find some other benchmarks for it also, can you recommend a decent disk benchmark?

HDTach is one example. If you have the nForce2 chipset, there's apparently also a utility from nVidia that has similar functionality.

also looking for a psu tester and I think my psu is giving out under strain.
any other ideas?

5cupa, I resorted to running Prime95 and 3DMark 05/HDTach whilst MBM5 monitored the voltages, that way I just look back to when it was underload (when i'm finished) and just look at the voltages :)
Cheers guys
