Computer software Hardware isuues..Help?

i think i am in right place to get the solution of my problem screen and audio freezes and nothing helps i have to restart..
earlier it was frequent now every time!!
and i had this issue whenever i used to open a folder it showed folder is empty i refreshed and files were back..
so i turned off indexing and tried to Wipe my hdd Defragment it as well Degragment registry..
i changed the slot of the RAM ..
and yeah CHKDSK was stuck i couldnt skip it niether could go to safe mode..
So this one time Safe Mode was successful and then came Blue sceen of Death.

sounds harddisk issue, try run spinrite on it, recover the file and swap to a new HDD

It definately sounds like a HDD issue. I would try another HDD if possible.

+1 on the faulty HDD, you could also upgrade to a SSD as well, you will see a big improvement on speed with one.
