I was lucky with my 2x2GB DDR2 which went bad just after OCZ announced they were going bankrupt. Filled out the OCZ and the responded. So I risked £3 in postage to NL and they did process my RMA. Product was NLA but I got £28 (-£3 = £25) back. Still have to scour ebay etc. for some more DDR2 if I want to fix those old LGA755 parts but better than I expected; doubt the RMA centre in the Netherlands is taking any more memory RMAs though.

Mid-November or so. No surprise since every SSD discussion on the Internet would quickly descend into OCZ are junk, and for good reasons. Their PSUs and RAM was only so-so too. Then there 'creative' accountancy and so on.
Here's hexus news story on the bankruptcy:

End of November then.
Luckily my vertex 2 and 3 is still in warranty. I must have been lucky I have never had a problem with any ocz items I have purchased and I have bought quite a few over the years.
