Help me choose fastest memory Available

thanks guys but no one still hasnt answered the question, whats the fastest memory able to run 1t 1:1 @ atleast 275+ mhz

if anyone knows please tell

XMS3200XL Pro - 245MHz, 2-10-3-3-1T so thats not far off 250MHz so PC3200 @ 250 is not stupid is it

If you relax the timings to sat 2.5-10-3-3 you should hit 270 1:1 1T seriously as long as its TCCD on brainpower PCB.
