For memory I would get some Crucial Ballistix. If your going to overclock, then PC4000, if no overclocking get 3200 stuff.

GFX card, the first 2 are PCI express so no good to you.

    Sapphire ATI Radeon X800 Pro 256MB DDR3 AGP +DVI +VIVO Retail

That would be the best out of them lot as you have the potential to unlock the other 4 pipelines to get 16 full ones. Although I would recommend a GeForce 6800GT.
    Main Rig: LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D | AMD Opteron 165@2.65Ghz | 2GB TwinMoss DDR PC3200 | GeForce 8800GT 512MB | 2*500GB Seagate 7200.10 | Antec P182 case
    Shuttle Rig: Shuttle SN41G2B | Sempron 2200+ | 1GB NANYA DDR PC3200 | ATi Radeon 9600 128MB | 2*320GB Seagate 7200.8
    HTPC: Abit Abit AN-M2HD | Athlon X2 BE-2400 | 2GB Corsair DDR2 PC2-5300 | 500GB Seagate 7200.11 | Terratec Cinergy 2400i DT | Antec Fusion Black HTPC Case

Dont get PC4000 ram, it has high latencys which is not good for an AMD system (but for p4's it is). You want low latency pc3200 or pc3500 ram.

Pipelines are the parts of a gpu where allthe work is done. The more you have, the faster. ATI/Nvidia lock pipelines on there lower range cards, to limitthe performance of them.
A good percentage of them have faulty pipelines, which is why they are disabled and sold as the crapper model, but a lot have good pipelines and will run fine as the faster version. It depends a lot on demand, and how many cards they make have bad pipelines - if theres not very many, they will downgrade good cards, asreduced pipelines.
