sorry, posted wrong link b4, i assumed they were 256bit chips, but there 128bit probly arranged some how to give 256bit overall.

K4D - i think this bit means gfx mem
26 - means 128bit
32 - how many bits/bank
3RA-GC - ?
2A - 2.86 ns (350MHz)
316 might mean year 03 and week 16, or something
ahh cool thanks.
They have done 385 with no additional cooling so far so I suppose they are quite good
I will get ramsinks someday!
385!!! sounds decent. mine is infeion 3.3ns, and doesnt clock at all (313.50), currenty.
if u want it to go further stick a ramsink on each chip, and the heatspreader at the back gets hot (it cools the voltage regulation bit, cooling this could give u +50mhz depening on how far u go, might need voltmods to get that +50 though (on top of the increase from doing voltmods themselves))
+ old socket7 heatsinks make good ramsinks, cut them up with a junior hacksaw or dremel clone and use this thermal tape (its very good)

also they give out free samples (theres a link on that page). its t410 u want really, t411 is less good for heat transfer, but will hold on better on uneven surfaces
