Hi. I've recently upgraded my computer and have some leftover bits. Would the space/anyone be interested?

AMD Phenom II 720 Black
CM Storm Scout Case
MSI 770 C45 Motherboard (AM3)
4GB DDR3 DIMMS (1066 speed. Branded but can't remember what it is off the top of my head)
Canon MP460 printer (prints but the print quality isn't great anymore)

Don't really want anything for it. Just want someone to put it to good use. Just a quick note, there is no PSU or CPU cooler. Everything is in working order and I would rather everything (bar the printer, go together).

I'd rather someone picked it up (I live in Stratford, London). I will post it if you pay for the postage cost but I can't make any guarantees about working condition on arrival. I will make every effort to package it properly though.

If you are willing to pass it on to me, I can collect it, I know of a charitable organisation in Birmingham that aims to give children an opportunity to stay out of trouble by finding more constructive ways to spend their free time and keeping them off the streets. I have completely forgotten the name of the organisation, but they have an activity centre in Star City where they raise funds for the projects they are involved in. I met one of the organisers there last summer and one of his staff, a former participant in the program, had set up an enterprise where he takes in old and unwanted PC hardware and then rebuilds it so it can be used in the homes of underprivileged children or sold on to raise money for the charity.

I'll be going up to Manchester in two weeks and so can drop it off on the way along with some other old and unwanted hardware that I have managed to collect.

Hmm, trading outside the classifieds is not normally permitted, but since KeyboardDemon has come up with a charitable solution, I'll just close off the thread.
