i have a system32 config error on my shuttle,

Do a google on System 32. Most of what I found was related to a viral or worm infection though there was some to do with SP2. Check it out.

yeah can't be a worm as it's a clean install everytime, i have changed the ram to 333 from 400 and its stable at the mo

Wont be to do with the RAM, I run 400 in mine and its fine.

yeah i know i overclock my 333 and run it at 384! but with this shuttle the error goes away when i default the ram to 333 insted of 400, strange, but i just can't work it out,
