SB61G2 V3 - 80mm ICE fan noisy!

I've got problem with the 80mm fan at the back of my SB61G2 - the one attached to the ICE heat pipe.

I think the fan is a bit unbalanced, unscrewed it doesn't make much noise at all. But when its screwed in place the vibration is amplified by the case. It'll run quiet for a while, then a bump will make it loud again..

i.e will it screw into the housing okay? Is the power connector the same as the one on the motherboard?

I have the zalman fan here to replace the stock ice one but I've not had a chance to fit it yet. The fan is a 3 pin job so will fit fine.

Do'h.. Ordered the Zalman zm-f1 myself, and it appears to be too thick to fit in the fan housing. It is 25mm tick: http://www.zalman.co.kr/eng/product/...p?idx=30&idm=5

Did some reading, and found a way to make it fit:

Fold back the tabs on the fan shroud slide the fan in, and bend them back, so the "front of the fan is just outside the shroud".
