The 3400+ is socket 754 only, the SN95G5 is socket 939 only. You need to look at some of the other AMD processors, for that clock speed, you'd want the 3500+. Your choices are the 3000+, 3200+, 3500+, 3800+ and the 4000+ plus the FX models.
Your Corsair 3200 dual channel RAM should be OK but it wouldn't hurt to compare it to Shuttle's list of approved memory. That's gauranteed to work, but others work as well. I have Corsair Value Select 2.5 CAS and it works great.

Yes Rqyteqto, you are correct the shuttle he speaks of is 939 only, but there is a 3400 939 pin processor now. (Not to make anything any more confusing for everyone ).

Well, I see the listing but I'd be very surprised if that's not a typo. It's got the right part numbers but I can't find it anywhere else, either on AMD sites or other retailers. I'd definitely talk to NewEgg before I ordered it.
And you're right about this adding to the confusion, its bad enough already without using the same numbers for both socket types.
