Recommend me a mATX mobo.

.....thinking of getting a mATX mobo for my XP2400+ system. Which one would you recommend? Running DDR memory.

I see most (maybe all) of them only have 2 ram slots, are there any with more than 2?

Onboard LAN is a must, no SATA or RAID controllers needed. Would be a bonus if it had oboard sound and GFX.
