What do i need to know?

If i want to over clock my Graphics card and processor.

How do i go about doing that, i know somewhere i need more voltage, but i have no clue how to do that either!
So my bottome line is ;

Can anyone advise me on how i go about doing this.

p.s. Cooling is not a problem
