Water Cooling Pump / Reservoir help

Coming to buying parts for my Custom Loop, already decided on EK-Supremacy EVO for CPU block but stuck what to do for res / pump.
I have a HAF 935 Case so pump has to be visible under the res. been looking at pump/res combo's but unable to find anything above 140mm(wanting 250-300)

example:
K-D5 Vario X-RES 140 including Pump.

Is it possible to buy a res and pump separate and put them together without any cubing
EK-RES X3 250 Reservoir - Is a Res I like but what pump will fit it. or will I need tubing?

Not quote sure what you meant about the pump needing to be visible under the res, but if you check my sig you can see my build in a HAF stacker with a 140 tube res. I'd be very surprised if you could get it looking half decent with a 250 unless you're taking the cages out.
