    Hmm... googling doesn't find anything - don't OEM's use foxconn boards?
    If it's that one on ocuk, then its the standard NF4 chipset, which means the hypertransport bus is locked at 800mhz, while the NF4 ultra and sli can go to 1000mhz. If you want to overclock, gaet a NF4 ultra or sli.

    the motherboard in my dell is foxconn so i suppose they're oem
