    I have a few questions can someone help

    To save money i am just going to pc game through my tv until i can get a 1440p monitor or 4k. Will i need other cables to do this?? Or can i play through hdmi

    I also
    Need an external optical drive which one to get??

    Whats the more common usb slots 2 or 3?

    Depends on the TV. You can game on hdmi, but the standard scales the image a bit so you lose the outside part of the image (like most of the Windows task bar amount).

    My Samsung TV I have to plug a PC into hdmi1, and I have to name the input "PC" to turn the scaling off. Other TVs have other ways to do it, some TVs (certainly with cheap ones) you can't turn scaling off so you have to use the VGA input to get a decent image.

    I think external DVD drives are all much the same. I just got a cheap one, has been going years now.

    Samsung should be OK, I've used both their BD and DVD variants many times without issue - (beyond the odd failed disk - and that could be the cheap disks I had).
