    Price checks...

    Purleeeze!

If anyone knows the going rate for the following then it may well be very useful!

Compaq Ipaq 3830 with (I think 128MB but may be 256MB) SD card, original box yadda yadda. Not sure of you can transfer programs, I've paid for a few, but then the battery ran out on it and so I'd have to reinastall the programs to it, but I formatted my HD, and now I'm not sure I can get them back on it! Anyway, if I ca, then theres quite a few programs etc, remote control programs, games etc. May not be able to get them to work though.

NF7-S V2, XP2500+ (non-mobile, but does 2.2GHz on air easily enough), thermaltake vocano 11 HSF, and 256MB PC3200 RAM. Also a leadtek GeForce 4 Ti4200, clocks to 300/600. Would probably like to sell that lot as a nice little bundle.

Thermaltake 480W PSU. The one everyone reccomends to get...

Thermaltake Tsunami Dream tower case, in black, with window.

48x32x48 CD-RW, sprayed silver. 20x (I think) DVD drive (just reader) also sprayed silver.

Microsoft wireless optical desktop, I think its ver 1 but Im not sure. Will double check that one.

Not sure for some of it but I reckon:

    NF7-S - £40
XP2500 - £35 (Is it unlocked? And 2.2GHz at what voltage? Do you know what stepping it is?)
    Volcano - £5
    256MB PC3200 - £20 (depends on brand)
    GF 4200 - how much RAM? £30 if 64MB, £40 if 128MB maybe
480W PSU - £30, maybe £35 (trouble with selling a PSU is the postage though)

The RAM is TwinMOS stuff, so reasonably decent. The Ti4200 is only the 64MB version, but I thought the 64MB version was supposedly faster? Anyway, for the MoBo, CPU, HSF, RAM and GFx together, does £150 sound like a fair price to ask for?

Anyone have any ideas about the others, especially the Ipaq?

Heh... Yes - you're right - the 64MB version should have faster RAM. I was just thinking that modern games might appreciate the extra memory. £150 is more than reasonable to be honest - my estimates are always on the lower side cuz I'm a miserable git (and I was assuming the RAM was generic - if it's BH5 or even just winbond chips someone might pay a bit more for it too)
