, no i was watching a bit too much tv while building it ,it all works fine just got to finish installing everything and ghost it and then i can begin overclocking the bejezus out of it

although i have to say the layout of the neo2 is pee poor, but i am rather impressed that a 1.8 a64 can get an equal 3dmark 01 score with a p4 2.4 @3.2

and sorry mr_anderson187 already sold my p4 bits to my dad

If you can't beat your P4 2k1 score with an A64 you haven't got your settings right. That is, unless your P4 is an EE. I'd bet my 3200+ spanks your P4 in 2k1, and that's the slowest A64 I have.

i must admit even after seeing all the reviews etc i didnt think that the a64 would be beat a p4 that had a 1000Mhz higher clock speed but i m glad it does

2.34gig at the mo just about to resume getting it higher, if i can hit 2.8ish gig i will be happy , but i think heat is going to be an issue as its running in the 50's under load already

Obviously I dont know what youre gonna use the system for, but I'd say that the 4200 GPU that you want to put in will be a bit of a bottleneck.

*Hopes an A64 system is in stocking*

Happy Christmas! (I know Im early, just in the mood!)
