shuttle sn45g problem

Well I got my shutle about 3 weeks ago and I love it.

I'm having 2 problems. After I play games for about an hour the sound starts going blurry and really choppy just a crappy sound. I close the program and it goes back to normal.

Also, it won't recognize my printer/scanner combo ( HP 1210 All in One ). It's a usb and it won't recognize it is there. I know my usb ports work because all the ports work on my IPOD dock, my card reader, mouse etc
