Multimedia sff PC

I am interested in putting together a sff PC as a home entertainment system. I have looked into the different options, I would like to make my own but would it be a better idea to just buy one of the ready made ones?? as they seem to have everything already setup.

If it was a better to get the already assembled ones do you know any manufacturers in the UK??

Shuttle sells full systems in the uk through Gemma computers. You could get one from them or just make one yourself.

It works out cheaper to make one yourself, but not by much
