    DFI and seasonic PSU issue

Hey guys basically I am running an SLI ASUS premium 939 at the moment, and after buying an ati x1900xtx and a 7900gt i prefer the ati card, and now i am after the best crossfire board out there. so with this in mind i looked at the LANPARTY UT CFX3200-DR. So far so good, looks perfect, but then the other day somebody told me that this board is fussy with seasonic PSU's unless its a rev 2 PSU from issues such as pc not booting up properly etc.

how do i know what my PSU is? lol

if this is going to be problematic, I shall then have to sell my PSU as well which im not keen on doing. which then makes me think maybe i should just wait for conroe. or buy the BAD AXE mobo right now along with the 805d

there is a known issue with the expert and venus boards when used with that PSU if it is not Revision 2...shouldn't be an issue if you do have a problem - ring seasonic and RMA it, they should change it for a working version!

Have a looksie round www.dfi-street.com for more DFI related information - in fact, try asking the guys on the forum if they have seen any problems with the CFX3200-DR.

If you wanna spend more cash then wait for Core2 - it does look like a most excellent CPU, especially with people reaching 3.2Ghz+ on air with pre-release samples!
