    Cooler Master V850 noise

I've been trying to make my computer as quiet as possible, but after replacing my case, CPU cooler and fans, there's still a very noticeable noise, even at idle. When I put my ear to the case, it seems that the noise is coming from the PSU, which is a CM V850. Everything else is practically inaudible, but I can hear fan noise and a slight buzzing sound coming from it. Is this normal for a V850?

Jam a piece of plastic in the fan for a minute and check....

I never take for granted that I can hear where a noise is coming from as it can be extremely misleading in a case. I always stop the fan(s) and listen for the difference.

I'd rather not do anything that could potentially cause warranty issues. Like, if I were to damage one of the fan blades in the PSU, I doubt I'd be able to RMA it. However, I unplugged all the case fans, then placed my finger on the center on the GPUs fan to stop it spinning and the noise persisted, so would I be correct in assuming it's coming from the PSU?

Also, is this in the right section? I'm new here and I've seen a few posts with "[Help]" in the title, so I think I may have put this in the wrong section.
