    which scanner suggestions

Want a scanner for scanning photos and bills etc. Want on that will do a good job(mainly of photos as scanning letters & bills is pretty easy I think on any scanner) but not expensive.

Ideally do not want to pay more than £100 but if worth it, will pay a bit more.

Any suggestions on what to get/look for. As I said, most important quality of the scanner is that it has to scan photos really well.
I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.

Im just about to buy a scanner for uni stuff.
    - We have a canon LiDE 50 at home, and i think i might just get another one.

Its very small/slim, powered of the usb, pritty tough (its been droped 5ft, twice)
    - Also the bundled software is quite no-frill's and user frendly.
    - And i dont want to do any negative scaning. (dont have any!)

    Any one any other idea's?
